All Seasons accepts Agri-OJTs
All Seasons Nature Farms encourages partnerships between farms and learning institutions. The farm provides the environment and opportunities for students to apply what they have learned in school while farms benefit not only from the extra hands but from the idealism and enthusiasm that youth brings.
Our first batch of agri-OJTs hail from Visayas State University and have been with the farm since mid-January. They work closely with our livestock (chickens, ducks, and native pigs) assessing our protocols and processes with the intent of providing opportunities for improvement.
Positive and meaningful engagements like these will keep our youth in agriculture!
